Satisfaction Guaranteed

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Kangen Water Training & Services Center purchase, simply return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Kangen Water Training & Services Center's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Shipping charges, installed faucets, water bottles, water bags, water sprayers or used filter systems and filter cartridges will not be refunded. If the item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, it can be returned within one year of purchase.

Returns And Exchanges

If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept most returns by mail or in stores within 30 days of purchase. Customers can return or exchange purchases from Kangen Water Training & Services Center by mail or at any of our office locations, regardless of whether the purchase was made online, by phone or in our office. Customers must have proof of purchase (store receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges. We recommend that the package be shipped with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. If merchandise is sent that does not include manuals, fittings and all other items originally included with the product to Kangen Water Training & Services Center Returns Department, it will be returned back to the customer at their expense. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet the terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee, refunds will not be issued and it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds are processed using the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed, it may take several days to post the activity to your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Kangen Water Training & Services Center does not provide return shipping labels.  

Returns over 30 days will not be qualified for a refund or store credit. We will gladly return the product back at customer expense. 

Shipping And Handling

We offer FedEx shipping on domestic and international orders. To estimate the time of delivery, it starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Orders are processed business day (Monday through Friday). Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or US Holidays. FedEx will leave the package in a safe place without obtaining a signature. We highly recommend tracking your package until delivered.

  • ****FedEx International shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier. Ionfaucet Inc. is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Imported taxes and customs fees are not presented at the checkout and not included in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.

Delivery Claims

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within the time frames, make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information before checkout. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Kangen Water Training & Services Center does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
