Privacy Policy

This website is run by Kangen Water Training and Services Center, 17401 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. This policy explains what information the website collects, what we do with it and the choices you have. It takes effect on October 28, 2026.

When you send the booking, training, partner or contact form, or ask the Kangen Assistant to have us call you, the details you entered go to our website's server and are emailed to the center through Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself does not store them. If that email cannot be sent, your own email app opens with the request filled in instead.

When you email us, call us or visit, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, machine model and the service or items you want. We use them only to answer you, schedule service, fill your order and keep normal business records.

The order list on the shop page is saved in your own browser, on the device you are using, so it is still there when you come back. We cannot see it. It reaches us only if you email it or read it to us on the phone.

To clear it, remove the items from the list or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

When you use the chat, your messages go to our website's server, which passes the conversation to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, so it can write a reply. Anthropic handles that data under its own commercial terms and privacy policy.

Our website does not save your conversation. It stays only in the open page and is gone when you close or reload it. Please do not share payment details, health information or anything else sensitive in the chat.

To stop one visitor from sending too many messages, the server holds your IP address in memory for a short time and does not save it. If a reply fails, our host may record a short technical error note, which does not include your messages.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps short term server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs are used to run and protect the website.

This website sets no cookies of its own, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The Google map on some pages is provided by Google and may set its own cookies. Our Cookies page has the details.

We share information only with the services that run this website, and only as needed for them to do it:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Resend, which delivers form requests to our email
• Anthropic, which writes the Kangen Assistant's replies
• Google, when the map on a page loads, and Google Gmail, where our email is kept

We may also share information when the law requires it. Links to other websites, such as Facebook, YouTube or the EWG Tap Water Database, follow those websites' own privacy policies once you leave ours.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, which we do not do
• Be treated the same whether or not you use these rights

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
